I said once before that there's a reason that they call it "Mother" Nature....
Cuz a man would never fark with the opening season kickoff.
Instead, we got cancelled for the night, and my chance to start against a leading contender for the American conference was quelched.
This sucks.

In a real league, football is only canceled for lightning.
Actually, this was a lightning issue.
Lightning struck part of Carroll's athletic facilities. I dunno if it was part of the football stadium, or the adjacent field house... but that was the reason why. Otherwise we coulda played the night game.
Bummer man... that really sucks. I'm definitely going to try to make it to your game next weekend though. Give me a schedule update sometime will yah?
